Use different approach for dragging table cells to work around issue in Chrome / Safari (also allows placeHolderTemplate to now work), thanks macnus.
Include padding when detecting whether mouse is over item or not.
Fix change detection script (was meant to be in previous release).

Hi how can I dragsort stop and start? Or disable and enable? Thank you from Turkey.
